Project Description
Metricon AFL Stadium project involved excavation to 8 meters deep, shore and construct 2 sewer pump stations, emergency storage tanks and receiving M/H’s, installation of 110mm PE rising main,150mm UPVC gravity sewer and decommission of the 2 pump stations they replaced.
The pump stations were constructed insitu for both, 3m dia M/H and a 2.4m dia wet well to Council standards.
WHSQ conducted a site audit of the project and were very impressed with our 8 metre deep shoring system and our effort towards working in a confined space and fall from heights safety.
