We find this ensures us more control over a timely and consistent delivery of our projects. We place great importance on retention of our workforce, a large percentage of our core employees, totalling more than 200, have been working with us for more than 15 years. We have even helped to produce a second generation of plumbers with a number of father and son teams on staff.

Whilst many in the industry complain of skills shortages, CCP&D and CCP&C make no such complaint. We ensure the ongoing viability of our highly skilled workforce by providing unequalled quality training of directly indentured apprentices. Our tradesmen of the future are grounded in all facets of commercial construction plumbing, Drainage and Pipelaying and gain the highest standards of workmanship by the time they complete their apprenticeships or traineeships.

In addition to our apprenticeship program, continual up skilling or our work force is an ongoing activity, with programs in plant operation, safety and construction skills, insuring a multi-skilled vibrant workforce for the future.
