Project Description
Wesley House is situated in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, beside the historic Albert St Uniting Church. This quality nine-story building – which includes office spaces, a café, a fully functional commercial kitchen and a function room – has been awarded a five star Greenstar rating for “Australian Excellence” by the Green Building Council of Australia.
The Greenstar award was given in recognition of innovation in design and construction, leading to sustainability and energy efficiency.
